The Asphyxiated Pecker

TechCrunch is making a mess of itself in front of the whole world.

The recent TechCrunch fiasco(es) could be a good example to understand how complex, management in today’s technology companies could be and could become. There is nothing traditional about having to create and live with a hierarchy based on spunk(a complex matrix of capability, cockiness and ability to do magical code structures) and untiered horizontal organization where emmployees have the internet to voice whatever they may have to say including opinions about the organization with little or ineffective censure.
